I. Transportation Process
During transportation, use appropriately sized and sturdy boxes for packaging. Place one die-cutting knife in each box and cover the surface with foam plastic. The short axes at both ends of the die-cutting knife should be fitted with perforated wooden blocks and secured. The box should be tightly wrapped on the outside, and a label reading "Fragile" should be affixed to the box.
Process of Storage
Store in a cool, dry place to prevent rust on the blade. Apply oil to the blade using a nylon brush. Use the original packaging box for storage to ensure the blade does not come into contact with other items. If possible, wrap the die-cutting blade completely with foam plastic. The support block should not rest on the blade.
Section III: Hoisting and Transportation Process
During hoisting and transportation, ensure the die-cutting blade surface is protected to prevent damage to the blade. Assemble carefully to prevent other parts from falling onto the die-cutting blade, which could cause severe damage.
Four: Maintenance During Use
During die-cutting, apply even pressure and cover the die-cutting blade with a protective layer to reduce impact and dislodge small paper fragments. Regularly inspect the wear on the die-cutting blade gears during use, and replace them promptly if wear is severe. This is because, during the manufacturing process, the manufacturer makes the die-cutting blade gears slightly softer than the anvil roller gears, causing wear to occur first on the die-cutting blade gears. This is due to the fact that the anvil roller gears are relatively more expensive.
