The Fangtian T-ONE system, through process data collection, can clearly confirm production logistics data such as when the warehouse starts preparing materials, when work orders are completed, and when finished product inspections begin. Integrating barcode systems, mobile devices, electronic displays, ERP, and MES, we create an intelligent in-plant full operation cycle from procurement, material picking, production, warehousing, to shipment and after-sales services. Through the Fangtian T-ONE system, Dongyang updates data in real-time to the APP smart terminal, allowing users to perform operations via the smart terminal. On the terminal, users can conveniently scan barcodes, load materials, set molds, debug, remove molds, produce, conduct first inspections, send completed items for inspection, and print barcodes, enabling workshop users to accomplish all business tasks with just a smart terminal at hand, truly making work worry-free.
