The floor paint application is divided into three stages: pre-construction, during-construction, and post-construction. Issues to be aware of during each phase are as follows:

Preparation before Construction:

Ensure the ground is level; mark any high or low spots for sanding and repair. We typically use a 2-meter ruler for measurements and record the gap differences.

2. Prior to construction, it's crucial to understand the ground maintenance period, whether the underlying waterproofing layer has been installed, and the weather conditions during construction. Since epoxy flooring is not suitable for installation in overly cold or humid environments, generally speaking, a 7-day maintenance period is appropriate during summer. However, if the weather is cold and humid, a 10-day period is required. The moisture content test is to prevent excessive moisture post-construction, which can affect the adhesion of the coating film.

3. To prevent issues such as sanding and hollowing after construction, we typically conduct a concrete strength check before starting the work. For concrete with poor strength, special attention must be paid to dust removal prior to construction. Afterward, the solvent-free primer should be diluted and used as a base coat to make the concrete stronger.

4. Ensure the construction environment is clean and enclosed. Failure to do so may allow dust to blow onto the construction surface, resulting in a granular appearance and an uneven surface. Additionally, construction should not be conducted in excessively cold conditions to avoid compromising the coating's effectiveness.

Construction in Progress:

Material proportions must be precise, and the materials should be well-mixed.

2. The coating thickness applied during construction must be even, and only after it has cured and dried can the next process be initiated.

After each coating application, inspect the coated surface for quality issues and address them promptly.

4. Please ensure the cleanliness of the construction environment to prevent dirt from falling into the uncured coating.

Post-construction:

After the floor paint coating is fully applied, clean the site and remove all construction tools and materials from the scene.

After 24 hours of curing, the surface coating is ready for foot traffic upon completion of curing. Inspection is to be conducted after three days, and the facility can be put into use one week later.

3. Post-implementation, it is crucial to maintain and care for the epoxy flooring project, prohibit any form of damage, and regularly inspect the surface condition of the epoxy coating. Report any damages promptly for repair.
