1. If a single pump has been in use for an extended period, it may require manual replacement. Some pumps, due to prolonged inactivity, can become stuck and even produce foul water. How should these issues be addressed?
The cause: Since the majority of water supply systems are controlled by PIC, there is no rotation function in the system. Pumps rust over time due to non-operation, and the water inside becomes臭 due to lack of movement.
Solution: We replaced the control system, setting a rotation time based on user needs to address the issue of system freezing and臭water; simultaneously, we extended the lifespan of the pump and reduced subsequent maintenance costs.
What's the issue when switches frequently trip or can't close properly?
Fault Analysis: 1. The switches may show signs of aging; 2. Incorrect switch selection, not compatible with the equipment; 3. Issues such as pump jamming or motor circuit short-circuiting; 4. Control circuit aging, short-circuiting, using excessively small wiring, or phase loss.
Solution: First, turn off all power to the control system, then use a multimeter to check the motor and the three-phase circuit for any short circuits, phase loss, or grounding issues. (Note: When measuring, disconnect the inverter's output port to prevent damaging the inverter output module.) Manually rotate the motor to check for any jamming; if necessary, replace the switch.
What is the issue with the contactor producing excessive noise?
The cause of the failure may be due to rust on the armature surface of the contactor, which leads to an uneven contact surface. This subsequently damaged the contactor and the variable frequency switch components.
Solution: Disengage the contactor's load switch and quickly open the contactor's switch. After repeated attempts, if the noise persists, remove the armature and smooth its surface. If the noise remains, replace the contactor with a new one.
What's the issue with the relay frequently tripping?
Fault Analysis: 1. Motor overload 2. Mismatched selection 3. Aging or main wire too small
Solution: Check the compatibility of motor and thermal relay selection.
Check for overloading of the motor's load capacity, determine if this phenomenon occurs during normal operation of the motor, and if so, replace the main wire with a new one.
