Beer wastewater treatment

Shandong Xueti Beer Co., Ltd. is a well-established winemaking enterprise. Currently, it operates two large-scale fully automatic bottle beer production lines and three can beer production lines, producing 100,000 tons of beer annually. The product range includes two main series of bottled and canned beer, totaling sixty-eight varieties. Beer production generates a significant amount of wastewater that impacts the environment. In a responsible approach to social and environmental concerns, the company's leadership has upgraded and expanded the wastewater treatment facility. For this purpose, we have engaged in in-depth discussions with Guangbo Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., and it has been determined that Guangbo Wastewater Treatment Co. will be responsible for the overall technical and construction management. Based on the wastewater volume data provided by the factory, the total daily discharge is 3,000 m³. The design is calculated for a continuous 24-hour operation, resulting in a design treatment capacity of 125 m³/h. The wastewater raw water quality is designed according to the following parameters: PH: 6-9; COD: ≤1200 mg/L; BOD: ≤600 mg/L; SS: ≤400 mg/L.

All wastewater must meet the emission standards specified in the Shandong Province Small Qinghe River Basin Comprehensive Wastewater Pollutant Emission Standards (DB37/656-2006) after treatment through the wastewater treatment facility. The requirements for the main pollution factors are as follows: pH: 6~9; COD: ≤60mg/L; BOD: ≤20mg/L; SS: ≤70mg/L; Color: ≤40 times. Based on the characteristics of the wastewater from this project, combined with years of successful case studies, and taking into account various factors such as project investment, operational costs, and process stability, our company has designed a biochemical treatment process primarily using GBIC+Contact Oxidation. This process is cost-effective in terms of investment and low in operational costs. After inspecting the Qingdao Beer Shouguang Wastewater Treatment Plant renovated by our Guangbo Environmental Protection Company, the project leader of Shandong Xuedi Brewery Co., Ltd. highly认可 our wastewater treatment technology and has decided to entrust the entire wastewater treatment project to our Guangbo Environmental Protection Company.
