Cleanroom environmental control is now widely used in the production of industrial products across various industries, as well as in other environments requiring particle and microbial contamination prevention. Due to the varying product characteristics, production processes, and different usage requirements across industries, the content and standards for environmental control are not uniform. The environmental control content of a cleanroom should include air purification, clean construction, control of contaminants in water, gases, or chemicals that come into direct contact with products, as well as in production equipment and tools, and the control and prevention of micro-vibrations, noise, and static electricity. Therefore, the design of a cleanroom not only requires air purification to meet specified cleanliness levels but also must prevent contamination caused by inappropriate materials or decoration used in the construction of the cleanroom. Some cleanrooms also require the supply of pure water, ultra-pure gases, and highly pure chemicals.
