The Extractor Concentrator is particularly suitable for industries such as food, effectively extracting substances like juice thoroughly. However, to ensure the machine operates normally, it is crucial to follow the correct methods and procedures during operation. Only then can the machine function properly.
Proper operation procedure for extracting and concentrating units:
Pre-startup preparations include checking for any leaks or damage at the equipment's sealed areas and valves, ensuring the vacuum pump turns smoothly and is in good condition, verifying the normalcy of the electricals and voltage in the automatic control box, and making sure the boiler water is filled to the brim and the cooling circulating water is functioning properly.
Upon opening the extraction tank lid, weigh the materials according to the specified requirements and add them to the extraction tank. Add the corresponding water or solvent, turn on the main power, activate the heating auto-button, open the condenser's cooling water, set the required temperature on the temperature control instrument, start the hot water pump for hot water circulation. Once the target temperature is reached, you can turn on the vacuum pump. Note: Before starting the vacuum pump, first open the inlet valve, strictly avoid operation without water. Open the extraction tank's vacuum valve to maintain a vacuum level of -0.03 to -0.04 MPa inside the tank to increase the boiling point within and the dynamic of the materials. If the vacuum pump emits a high-pitched noise, adjust the vent valve on the vacuum pump head counterclockwise slightly. After extraction is complete, turn off the hot water pump's circulation pump power and open the vent port.
After a long-term disuse of the water ring vacuum pump, remove the motor fan cover and manually rotate the fan several times before it can be started.
Equipment Extraction and Concentration Unit Maintenance
1. Cleaning and Storage of Sanitaryware: Wipe cloths and buckets should be washed with detergent until the original color is visible, then rinsed with drinking water until free of bubbles. After squeezing out excess water, place the items in the cleaning room (area) for natural drying.
2. Clean-up completed; fill out the decontamination record.
Special Notice: After equipment and machine maintenance, perform a thorough inspection to confirm that no parts have fallen off before proceeding with decontamination and cleaning operations.
Here is the operation procedure for the extraction concentrator. Follow the steps mentioned above, and you will believe in the effectiveness of the extraction equipment while ensuring its long-term use.
