Prior to the trial run, all moving parts must be operated under no-load conditions (both forward and reverse) to check their operational status.

(2) Initiated the main motor for leveling machine's no-load trial operation, running in both directions continuously for 1 to 2 hours, inspecting the connections and operation of all components, as well as the braking effect of the leveling mechanism's brake.

(3) Once deemed operational, the equipment should undergo a load test run. Similarly, inspect all parts of the machine, and in case of any abnormal phenomena, stop the machine immediately for inspection or adjustment. After eliminating the abnormality, resume the test run. The machine should operate smoothly without significant vibration or noise.

(4) After successful trial operation, the machine can be put into production. Prior to the full磨合 of all machine components, the machine's load must not exceed 80% of the rated load.
