Usage Instructions
Surface Treatment: Ensure the adherend surface is clean and free of oil and dust, with a dry surface.
Apply Adhesive: Directly apply adhesive to the surface of the material to be bonded, ensuring even coverage on the bonding surface. It is essential to apply adhesive to both sides, with a thickness of 0.05-0.08mm. Allow to dry for 8-10 minutes until solvents evaporate (not sticky to the touch), then apply pressure to bond and flatten the surfaces tightly. Ideally, after applying adhesive to the bonding surfaces, heat them (60-80 degrees, for 2-3 minutes) and then bond the two surfaces directly, applying pressure to ensure a tight contact. Remember to flatten the bonding surface and remove any air bubbles between them.
**Cautionary Notes**
Use with adequate ventilation and avoid contact with open flame. Always close the adhesive container after use to prevent solvent evaporation; if the adhesive is too thick, dilute it with a thinner.
