As time progresses, there is an increasing variety of wheel products in the caster market, which may be in response to market demands to cater to customers with diverse needs. Whether now or in the past, and regardless of whether it's a new or old product, the production process for casters remains the same. Casters are generally divided into two major categories: plastic and metal, each with its own unique production process.
Plastic Injection Segment
Drying — Feeding — Injection Molding — Wheel Ejection — Trimming — Cooling — Bearing Assembly
2. Hardware section
Blanking—Bending—Drilling—Forming—Outbound (Heat Treatment—Electroplating)
Once both parts are completed, they will be uniformly transported to the assembly workshop for assembly, packaging, and storage. With this, the wheel production is complete!
