The vacuum mixing degassing machine is primarily used for industries that require high mixing and degassing, such as LED lighting, LED epoxy resins, plastic toys, transformer potting, resin crafts, AB glue, silicone rubber, and other similar applications.
Principle:
The Vacuum Degassing Mixer utilizes a vacuum pump to draw the internal pressure of the tank to a vacuum, utilizing the pressure difference to extract air bubbles within the product. The size of air bubbles within a liquid depends on the external pressure it experiences; when the external pressure decreases, the bubble volume increases. This is similar to blowing air into a balloon, making the external pressure less than the internal pressure, causing the balloon to expand. Therefore, once the atmospheric pressure at the liquid surface is rapidly reduced (by creating a vacuum), the bubble volume within the liquid increases rapidly, and their buoyancy naturally rises, causing them to quickly float to the surface. As a result, the bubbles dissipate more quickly, and the solubility of dissolved gases within the liquid decreases as the surface pressure drops.
