The new-style spray painting booth, the full-pressure dust-free spray painting booth, has already been widely used in the home decoration industry in China. The basic principle of the full-pressure dust-free spray painting booth is similar to that of the exhaust spray painting booth, but it utilizes the directional force of pressure to vertically spray from top to bottom, making the painting process more precise.
Additionally, on the hardware configuration level, there is a computer room, where "double-layer filter cotton" replaces the filter bags, resulting in higher gas cleanliness; infrared drying lamps are used to save drying time; and a water curtain is applied for environmental protection during the exhaust of excessive oil mist. This ensures an almost zero rework rate, saves paint materials, and enhances work efficiency. To accelerate product part drying and curing, improve saturation adhesion, etc., dust-free paint booths typically employ three heating methods:
Far-infrared heating.
2. Infrared heating lamps using carbon fiber materials.
3. Heatpipe cooler heating.
Key Points of the Full Pressure Dust-Free Painting Booth Design Scheme:
1. Define an effective equipment allocation method.
2. Define the effective average airflow velocity in the paint booth.
3. The effective pairing of exhaust and ventilation systems ensures a slight positive pressure inside the paint spray room.
4. The water curtain should be even in thickness, and attention should be paid to the structural form of the upper stainless steel trough and the distribution of the water supply pipelines.
The gap between the water curtain panel and the liquid level of the stainless steel trough should be effective.
6. Water-washed air atomizing nozzles and pipes should be easy to disassemble and replace.
