What are the key considerations for a dust-free spray painting room?
Before spraying, it is essential to check that the spray pressure is normal and ensure the filter system is clean.
2. Inspect air compressors and oil-water separators, and keep the spray hoses clean.
3. Spray guns, spray hoses, and paint mixing buckets should be stored in a clean area.
4. In addition to dust removal using blowers and dust cloths before painting, all other processes are completed within the paint spray room.
In the dust-free paint booth, only the spraying and baking processes are conducted. The door of the paint booth can only be opened when vehicles enter or exit. When opening the door, the air circulation system for spraying must be activated to create positive pressure, ensuring that outdoor dust cannot enter the room.
6. It is mandatory to wear paint-spraying suits and safety equipment when operating in the paint-spraying room.
During the curing process in the dust-free paint spray room, flammable items must be removed from the spray room to the outdoor area.
Employees not involved in painting processes are prohibited from entering the paint spray room.
