Installation and Usage Instructions

1. Position the vacuum pump as close to a well-ventilated area with minimal dust and low humidity as possible; use rubber shock-absorbing feet or spring shock mounts for the base.

2. Connect the intake with a 10*6mm soft silicone tube connector or other specifications, and install the intake filter and muffler; connect the exhaust pipe or muffler.

3. The power supply should have sufficient capacity, and ensure the voltage used meets the product requirements.

4. Connect the power and capacitor wires according to the wiring requirements.

5. After verifying that all components of the vacuum pump are normal, plug the power cord into a properly grounded power outlet (the power outlet must be properly grounded), and the machine will begin operating.

Adjust the pressure regulating valve to bring the pressure gauge to the required pressure and stabilize it.

7. When not in use, after adjusting the pressure relief valve to vent air, then disconnect the power supply.

8. Absolutely no pulling or tugging on the pull-out wire, to prevent damage or product failure.
