Anti-static Raised Floor Installation: Ensure the concrete mortar surface is free of sand and cracks, and the subfloor must be cleaned and tidy. If the subfloor is not smooth, level the concrete mortar surface before laying the floor. The moisture content of the subfloor must not exceed 15%. Apply the adhesive thinly and evenly when sticking the floor tiles. The difference in height between adjacent tiles should not exceed 1 millimeter.
Operation Guide for Floating Floor Installation
1. Conduct a thorough inspection of the ground levelness and wall perpendicularity; if significant defects or localized repairs are found, they must be explicitly reported to the relevant department of Party A.
Level the horizontal lines and project the floor installation height with a chalk line onto the wall to ensure the floor is installed on the same level surface. Measure the dimensions, width, and select a reference direction inside the room, and mark the grid lines for the installation supports on the ground to ensure a flat and aesthetically pleasing installation, while also minimizing the need for floor cutting.
3. Adjust the upcoming bracket to the same required height and position it at the intersection of the ground grid lines.
4. Secure the truss with mounting bolts onto the support, then individually align the truss using a level and a square to ensure it is both in the same plane and perpendicular to each other.
5. Place the modular flooring using the suction plate on the assembled truss girder.
If the remaining dimensions near the wall are less than the size of the raised floor tiles, you can complete the patching by cutting the tiles.
7. During floor installation, use a water-filled level to level each piece of the floor. The height of the floating floor is adjusted by the adjustable brackets. Handle and place the flooring gently throughout the process to prevent scratching the floor and damaging the edging strips. Additionally, clean as you lay to avoid leaving items or dust beneath the floor.
When installing heavier equipment in the server room, add supports under the equipment base floor to prevent deformation of the floor.
When HPL decorative panels require cutting or opening, φ6 to φ8 crack prevention holes should be made at the corner of the opening to prevent the decorative surface of the floor from cracking after production.
