How to Install Color-Steel Sandwich Panels?
Self-tapping screws can be used to pierce through wall panels, allowing for direct fixation onto the secondary wall structure. Alternatively, through the use of connectors, self-tapping screws can be indirectly connected to the secondary wall structure. The precision for the installation of curtain wall panels is generally specified as follows: the verticality of the facade is 2mm, and the surface flatness is 3mm. Installation Precautions for Color-steel Sandwich Panels:
Before installation, wall panels and ceiling panels should be checked and verified for their specifications, types, dimensions, performance, and the core material of the sandwich panels to ensure they meet the design requirements. Performance tests (such as fire resistance, non-toxicity, and bending strength) should be conducted on samples if necessary.

5. Wall panels should be installed vertically, ceiling panels horizontally, ensuring flat surfaces and proper positioning. Joints between walls and floors, walls and ceilings, walls and walls, and ceilings should have a reasonable structure to ensure sealing and prevent cracking. Rounded corners are recommended at the corners.
