One, Surface Treatment Uploading
When placing the billet on the rack, it must undergo aging and meet the hardness requirements to prevent warping of the profile. However, attention must still be paid during the placement, as excessive force when lifting the ends can cause the aged aluminum profiles to warp.
Two: Compression Framing
After cutting the specified length, the aluminum profiles must be framed, which is a crucial step. Therefore, framers need to be attentive. Lifting from both ends is prone to bending; at this point, the material should be lifted towards the center from both ends.
Three: Extrusion Straightening
During the straightening process, it is the most susceptible to twists and turns. Overexertion can lead to deformation, shrinkage, and orange peel effects, while insufficient force can result in the inability to straighten the profiles, causing bends.
