Ball screw support bracket installation method:

(1) Mount the fixed side onto the screw.

(2) Insert the fixed side, tighten the locking nut, and secure it with a washer and an internal hex bolt.

(S3) The retaining ring for the side bearing is secured to the screw shaft and then fitted into the side support bracket.

Note 1: Do not disassemble the supporting units.

Note 2: When inserting the screw shaft into the support unit, please do not flip the convex ball of the oil seal gasket.

Note 3: To prevent loosening when tightening the hexagon socket cap screws to secure the washers, please apply an adhesive to the screws before tightening them.

Additionally, measures must be taken to prevent loosening of other components under harsh conditions.
