Common Filter Cartridge: Polypropylene Filter Cartridge (PP)
Material: The丙烯滤芯 medium is made of polypropylene membrane.
Key Features: Low pressure drop, high flux, multiple repeat rinsing, long lifespan, excellent filtration precision, and cost-effective for pre-filtration and clean filtration applications.
Polyether Sulfone (PESU) Filter Cartridge: The filter medium is a polyether sulfone membrane, featuring hydrophilic, sterile-grade pleated filter cartridge with a microporous rate over 80% of the filter membrane area and unique microporous geometry. It offers high flow rate and lower adsorption of proteins and microbial preparations compared to nylon and acetaldehyde fibers.
PTFE Filter Cartridges: Material: The PTFE filter cartridge medium is made of PTFE membrane, featuring excellent performance with broad chemical compatibility, biological safety, and unique hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity. Hydrophobicity: Used for gas filtration, providing sterile, high flux, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to strong acids and bases. It has wide chemical compatibility and is suitable for fermentation tanks, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and compressed air. In gas filtration, it retains various phages, bacteria, and particles larger than 0.02um. Hydrophilicity: Used for liquid filtration to achieve sterile conditions, with broad chemical compatibility, resistance to strong acids and bases, and high ozone strength.
Usage Instructions
Filter Cartridge Disinfection Method
1. Disinfect the filter core by removing it from the plastic bag and placing it inside the sterilizer at 121°C for 30 minutes.
Please install the filter core in the filter according to the correct method (with a gap of 0.5mm between the fixed plate and the filter core) and pass steam for 30 minutes.
Two: Inflow and Outflow Identification
The filter core allows for an inward-to-outward flow, with backwashing options in various directions.
Section III: Aperture Identification
The filter core shell features thermally fused text, indicating the filter material and aperture size.
Section 4: Filter Core Installation Method
1. Moisten the O-ring, then slowly insert the filter element vertically, ensuring it is fully seated into the stainless steel circular groove.
