1. Inspecting the operation status of the unit with silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) load

Test Method: A three-phase可控硅rectifier with a load factor of cosΦ≥0.5 should be able to operate stably at any point within the normal range of the unit's rated capacity. If low-frequency oscillations occur, adjustments should be made to ensure stable operation; otherwise, the item is considered不合格.

Test Method: Connect the power supply, switch the unit's operating mode to automatic, input the start command, and manually prevent the unit from starting successfully. The unit should automatically start three times. Conduct three tests; if any test fails, the number of retests is doubled. If another test fails, the item is considered不合格 (unqualified).

3. Verify the startup success rate of diesel generator sets

Testing Method: The test should be conducted in the prepared startup state as specified by the product technical conditions. For each startup command, after a successful startup, the rated load should be abruptly increased to half of 1.0, and run for 5 minutes before shutting down. The test should be performed 100 times. The startup success rate should be greater than 90%. Otherwise, the item is considered不合格.

Inspection Method: The two units should serve as each other's backup. Choose one as the primary unit, manually disconnect the municipal power supply, and the primary unit should automatically start and supply power. Create a fault to trigger the primary unit to automatically shut down, and the backup unit should then automatically supply power. Restore the municipal power supply, and the backup unit should automatically shut down. If not up to standard, identify the cause and eliminate the fault. Each unit operates as primary and undergoes a retest three times. If there is still one failure, the item is deemed不合格.

5. Inspecting the average failure interval of diesel generator sets

Inspection Method: With the rated load and a cosФ of 0.8, the Yuchai diesel generator set should not experience any failure after continuous or cumulative operation of more than 1000 hours. Components in the control circuit should not exhibit more than one failure. Otherwise, it is deemed to be不合格.

6. View the automatic supply equipment of the automated machine set

The experimental method: After the complete connection of the control circuit, switch the operating mode selector to automatic, manually release water or oil to the low liquid level. It should be capable of automatic replenishment, and when the liquid level rises to the high level, replenishment should be automatically continuous.
