Method/Procedure:

1. Understanding our clients' needs, each shipment has unique shapes and sizes. Wooden box manufacturing is tailored to fit the specific dimensions of the goods. Transportation requirements must also be considered, including limitations on height and width for trucks, trailers, flatbeds, and containers.

2. The weight of the cargo determines the structural design of the wooden box base. Nowadays, most goods are handled using forklifts, and if forklifts are not available, cranes are used.

Panel design must not only meet customer requirements, such as material specifications, but also consider the stability of goods during transportation. Packaging must ensure that the goods remain intact during loading and unloading, with wooden boards of a certain thickness used for packaging and sealing.

4. Manufacturing: Select the necessary materials such as solid wood, plywood, particleboard, packaging materials tubes, etc., according to the design, and produce them as required.

Ensure wooden boxes are clean, free of cracks or damage, and that all joints are secure, without deformation or loosening.

6. The wooden box is marked with an upward arrow, indicating the production number and specifications of the box, as well as the customer company's logo.
