Steel Strip Wooden Boxes, also known as Steel Strip Lined Wooden Boxes, Steel Edge Boxes, or Galvanized Steel Strip Wooden Boxes, are constructed by bonding plywood (common thicknesses include 7mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm) with steel strips. These boxes are detachable for easy transportation.
Steel strip wooden boxes are fully sealed and ideal for precision instruments, valuable electronic and electrical equipment, telecommunications devices, etc., offering greater competitiveness in terms of cost-performance compared to generally disinfected wooden boxes and ordinary plywood wooden boxes.
Advantages of Steel Strip Wooden Boxes:
1. Sprayable printing enhances customers' product image.
2. Meets export commodity packaging and quarantine inspection requirements.
3. Excellent waterproof performance, simple production process, and low cost.
4. Exporting is free from fumigation, disinfection, and visa requirements, ensuring convenient and quick entry and exit procedures.
5. Suitable for long-term transportation and storage, reusable multiple times.
6. Steel strip wooden boxes can be custom-made to any specification and size according to customer requirements.
Steel Strip Wooden Crate Assembly: First, use a press to secure the steel strip on the bottom board of the wooden crate tray. Then, assemble the square posts and legs with nails on the bottom board to form the tray. Next, sequentially press the steel strip and latches into place on the side panels and lid using the press. Typically, the assembly into the wooden crate form is done on-site. Steel strips with direct circular holes do not require latches and cannot be disassembled when used on wooden crates.
