The automatic planer features a full hydraulic system with PLC and a man-machine interface. It loads materials through a vibration pan, automatically feeds after vibration, discharges into the discharge trough, automatically clamps, feeds the tool and performs automatic cutting, followed by automatic unloading to complete the symmetrical planing of the two faces of the processed product. How to maintain the automatic planer?
1. Oil the cup with lubricant twice to thrice a week to ensure the slider operates smoothly. Apply grease to the blade hub once or twice a month. Replace the blade if the product has large burrs or if there's a loud, piercing noise.
2. No debris should be placed on the fuel tank, electrical control box, or motor to prevent poor heat dissipation. Hydraulic oil should generally be replaced once a year, ensuring the liquid level is at the middle of the level gauge. When changing the hydraulic oil, clean the bottom of the oil tank thoroughly of any dirt.
3. Do not place drawings, rags, materials, tools, and other debris inside the electrical control box, as this may easily cause short circuits, electric leaks, fires, and other accidents.
4. Clean off the iron shavings from the machine before the end of each day and ensure the machine is wiped down thoroughly.
5. Tools should not be placed near the machine's sensor switches, and iron shavings must be cleared promptly to prevent accidental machine malfunctions and accidents.
6. Ensure that all parts of the machine return to their original points before powering off.
All electrical wires should be kept away from oils as much as possible; otherwise, it will accelerate wire aging and may cause short-circuits and accidents.
