UV Triple-Protective Coating is a single-component, low-viscosity, dual-curing electronic coating material that combines the principles of surface UV curing and intermediate humidity curing. It employs UV multi-curing technology to protect circuit boards.
Proper storage and transportation of UV-resistant varnishes are crucial for maintaining their quality and performance. Here are some key storage and transportation recommendations:
Storage Methods:
UV three-proof paint should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, shaded, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. It is recommended to maintain room temperature between 5℃ and 30℃, with relative humidity kept between 50%-75%. Avoid storing it in overly humid or high-temperature environments to prevent affecting its performance.
Container Status: The cans of UV three-proof paint must be sealed tightly to prevent oxidation or evaporation. After opening, they should be kept airtight to avoid the entry of air and moisture.
Three-in-One coatings should be stored vertically to avoid being laid flat or upside down, preventing separation of ingredients. Additionally, the storage location should not touch the walls or floor to prevent chemical reactions.
Fire Prevention Measures: The storage room for UV three-proof paint should be equipped with emergency spillage equipment and adequate containment materials, such as sand and soil, and explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment should be installed. Additionally, the storage room should be well-ventilated to prevent the accumulation of leaked gases and potential accidents. The storage containers should be marked with the effective use date, and fire prevention measures should be taken, including the provision of fire-fighting equipment.
Transportation Method:
When shipping UV three-in-one paint, it is crucial to ensure that the packaging is intact to prevent leakage or damage during transit. Efforts should be made to minimize vibration and compression during transportation to avoid adverse effects on the quality of the paint. Additionally, the transport vehicle must comply with relevant safety regulations to ensure the safety of the shipping process.
Please note that three-proof paint should not be used after its expiration date. If the workspace or storage area has been unopened for an extended period (more than 12 hours), it should be ventilated for 15 minutes before entry. In case of accidental eye contact, immediately flip the upper and lower eyelids and rinse thoroughly with running water or physiological saline. Seek medical attention afterward.
