Our enamel reactor manufacturers often opt to expand their facilities or relocate due to business expansion. What a waste it would be to discard equipment that was purchased not too long ago! Of course, it's a shame. And if the equipment is damaged due to an unintentional mishap, it's even more frustrating. Therefore, it's crucial to pay attention to some details when disassembling and assembling our factory's enamel reactors.
Our enamel reactors must be reinforced prior to dismantling, with special attention required for the reinforcement of the enamel agitator. This necessitates that construction personnel enter the interior of the enamel reactor to complete the task.
When entering the reaction kettle, ensure you have no hard objects on you and wear clean rubber shoes. It is generally recommended to use round or square wood, crossing them in an X shape to securely fasten the agitator shaft of the glass-lined mixer.
2. Disassembly of Fused Silica Reactor Accessories: Prior to dismantling the accessory parts of the equipment, it is recommended to clean the entire unit's surface. Then, carefully remove the fused silica pipes and other accessories connected to it, placing them on a spacious area. Be cautious during the disassembly process as there is a risk of collision damage to the tube ends, so ensure to handle with care.
