Our chrome-zirconium copper sheets and bars have been precision forged under high pressure, exhibiting smooth rolling, no sand holes, and no gas pores, with uniform hardness and fine structure.
This product boasts excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, crack resistance, high hardness, wear and impact resistance, high softening temperature, and minimal electrode wear during welding, with fast welding speed and low cost. It is suitable for motor-related components in fusion welding machines, although its performance for electroplated workpieces is average. When used as an electrical discharge electrode, it can produce a highly reflective surface and has good vertical performance, enabling effects that pure red copper cannot achieve, such as thin sheet processing. It also performs well on difficult-to-machine materials like tungsten steel. It can serve as electrode screws, electrode wheels, shafts, and pads for spot welding or seam welding of low-carbon steel and coated steel plates, or as large molds, fixtures, and electrodes for resistance welding machines, as well as for molds made of stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. Due to its lower price compared to beryllium copper, chrome-zirconium copper material is beginning to replace beryllium copper as a general mold material in industries such as shoe sole molds and plumbing fixtures. It is also suitable for products requiring high surface finish, such as plastic molds, connectors, wire guides, and products requiring high-strength conductors.
