The maintenance content of the lifting platform mainly includes cleaning, tightening, adjusting, lubricating, and anti-corrosion.
Section II: The mechanical department of each lift platform project must strictly follow the maintenance manual and procedures for mechanical equipment, conducting regular maintenance work according to the prescribed cycle to reduce the wear rate of parts, eliminate potential causes of failure, and extend the service life of the machinery. The following tasks must be completed:
Routine Maintenance: Centered around cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightening, routine maintenance is conducted before each shift, during work, and after the vehicle is returned, as per requirements. Routine maintenance is independently carried out by the mechanical operator.
(II) Regular Maintenance: In accordance with the maintenance requirements of various mechanical equipment, regular maintenance must be carried out after reaching the specified working hours or mileage, which includes the following:
Level 1 Maintenance:
The Level 1 maintenance work is conducted on top of routine maintenance, with key focus on lubrication, tightening, and inspection of all relevant parts, as well as cleaning the "three filters" (i.e., air, oil, and fuel filters, etc.). The Level 1 maintenance is supervised by the mechanical team leader and carried out by mechanical operators.
2. Level 2 Maintenance:
The secondary maintenance focuses on inspections and adjustments. Specifically, it involves checking and adjusting the engine, clutch, transmission, drive mechanisms, steering and braking systems, working devices, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems, and making necessary adjustments to eliminate any discovered malfunctions, ensuring that all mechanical assemblies and components have excellent working performance. The secondary maintenance is completed with the assistance of machinery operators and maintenance personnel. Hydraulic lift platform
3. Level 3 Maintenance:
Our focus is on inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting potential faults, and balancing the wear levels of all mechanical components. Diagnostic checks and condition assessments must be conducted on parts affecting performance and those showing signs of malfunction, followed by necessary replacements, adjustments, and fault rectification. The three-tier maintenance requirements are to be completed by technical warranty staff using advanced detection equipment and tools.
(3) Special Maintenance
Walk-Along Maintenance
Mechanical equipment, either new or after major repairs, must undergo磨合 maintenance during the break-in period. When operating within the specified break-in period, the load and speed should be gradually increased in accordance with the relevant procedures, and lubrication, fastening conditions, and overall machine status should be checked, with any anomalies addressed promptly. The focus of the break-in maintenance is to replace lubricants, lubricate all parts, and tighten all bolts. A second-level maintenance should be conducted after the break-in period ends.
2. Seasonal Maintenance
Annual seasonal maintenance should be conducted before the onset of summer or winter for machinery. The focus is on the fuel and lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system, and starting system. The following tasks should be performed based on the actual situation: replace fuel and lubricants, adjust the relative density of the battery electrolyte, take cold-weather or cooling measures, and clean the cooling system.
3. Discontinue Maintenance
When machinery and equipment are to be temporarily out of service due to seasonal factors (such as winter shutdown), they should undergo shutdown maintenance. The main tasks include cleaning, beautification, equipment matching, and corrosion prevention.
4. Store and Maintain
Comply meticulously with storage preservation requirements to mitigate the侵蚀 by natural climates on long-term stored equipment.
Three, the Mechanical Department should propose maintenance plans based on the lifting platform's mechanical usage schedule and supervise the execution by all operation and maintenance personnel. Simultaneously, enhance the inspection of equipment, ensuring maintenance quality through verification. Operators should diligently fill out mechanical maintenance records, which will be compiled and included in the technical档案 of mechanical equipment for reference by the mechanical statistics personnel.
