What is Kitchen Self-Destruction?

"Kitchen Auto Extinguisher," or "Automatic Kitchen Fire Extinguishing System," is a fixed installation in the kitchen consisting of a fire extinguishing agent storage container, a driving gas storage container, piping, nozzles, valves, and their driving mechanisms, as well as temperature sensors. 1. When a kitchen stove fire occurs and the temperature reaches 183°C, the thermosensitive strip melts (the stove heat is normally not enough to melt the thermosensitive element, thus preventing false spraying), and the control valve activates.
