How to Determine the Pressure Value of Pressure-Sensitive Paper
Pressure-sensitive film is a membrane material capable of measuring pressure, pressure distribution, and pressure balance. When pressure is applied, a red area appears on the film, with the intensity of the color changing with the pressure, thereby allowing for the measurement of pressure, pressure distribution, and pressure balance. Pressure testing films are widely used in the automotive industry, LCD displays, semiconductor, electronic circuit industries, machinery production and testing, and other fields for pressure measurement and testing, and are consumable materials in nature.
The dual-layer pressure-sensitive paper is composed of two films. The A-film layer consists of the base material and the satellite color pouch dyeing agent, while the C-film contains the coloring agent and the base material. When pressure is applied, the pressure pouch ruptures, and the internal coloring substances and coloring agents react, resulting in the appearance of red areas on the film.
Pressure-Sensitive Paper Usage Instructions:
Firstly, cut the pressure-sensitive paper to the required size.
Place the pressure-sensitive paper between the surface you wish to test for pressure.
Apply conventional pressure as required and maintain for a specified duration.
4. Remove the pressure-sensitive paper to visually inspect the pressure and its distribution.
The scanner can read the distribution of color on the pressure test patch.
6. The accompanying pressure testing software can be used to analyze and interpret the pressure parameters and distribute pressure values identified during testing.
