Molded Silicone Products:
Molded silicone products are typically formed by placing solid silicone raw materials with added sulfur activator into high-temperature molds, which are then subjected to pressure from a curing machine, resulting in solidification through high-temperature curing. The hardness of molded silicone usually ranges between 30°C and 70°C. The color is matched according to the PANTONE color card numbers, with the mold shape determining the product's shape. Molded silicone products are widely used in the silicone industry. They are mainly used for silicone industrial accessories, buttons, silicone gifts, silicone bracelets, silicone watches, key cases, phone cases, silicone kitchenware, silicone pads, ice cube molds, and more.
Silicone Extrusion Products
Extruded silicone products are typically formed by squeezing silicone through an extrusion machine, usually in long, tube-like shapes that can be cut to size. However, the shapes of extruded silicone are limited and are widely used in food machinery.
Liquid Silicone Products:
Liquid silicone products are molded through silicone injection jetting, offering a soft texture with a hardness ranging from 10°C to 40°C. Their softness makes them widely applicable.
Specialty Silicone Products:
Specialty silicone products, enhanced by the chemical properties of silicone or the addition of auxiliary materials, can possess characteristics such as high-temperature resistance (up to 330 degrees), food-grade, flame-retardant, and additional properties like glow-in-the-dark, negative ions, and color-changing, depending on the auxiliary materials added.
