The air tanks, pressure gauges, and safety valves of the automatic sandblasting machine should be regularly inspected. The air tanks should be dusted off every two weeks, and the filters inside the sand tanks should be checked monthly.
Automatic Sandblasting Machine Safety Operating Procedures:
1. Inspect the ventilation pipe and door of the automatic sandblasting machine for sealing. Five minutes prior to operation, the ventilation and dust removal equipment must be activated. If the ventilation and dust removal equipment fails, the automatic sandblasting machine is prohibited from operating.
2. Protective gear must be worn before starting work, and it is strictly prohibited to operate the automatic sandblasting machine without wearing a shirt.
The air valve of the automatic shot blasting machine should be opened slowly, and the air pressure must not exceed 0.8 MPa.
4. The grit size should match the job requirements, generally between #10 to #20, and the sand should be kept dry.
5. Keep unauthorized personnel away from the automatic sandblasting machine during operation. Stop the machine before cleaning or adjusting moving parts.
6. Do not use an automatic sandblasting machine to blow dust off your body with compressed air.
After completing the work, the automatic sandblasting machine's ventilation and dust removal equipment should continue to operate for five minutes before shutting off to expel indoor dust and maintain the cleanliness of the site.
