Bio-based Nylon PA1012

PA1012 is a renewable and environmentally friendly bio-based nylon, with a bio-based content of over 60%.

Features:

Absorption rate is low in nylon, offering good size stability, oil and alkali resistance, and being non-toxic. It maintains excellent toughness at low temperatures.

Usage:

Suitable for extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, or powder coating, it can replace Nylon 11 and Nylon 12.

Bio-based Nylon PA1012 + 30% to 60% glass fiber reinforced material

High strength and modulus, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, low water absorption rate, good molding and processing properties, and excellent dimensional stability. Suitable for components requiring low water absorption rate, good dimensional stability, high elastic modulus, and wear resistance. Applications include smartwatch bezels and back covers, smartwatch casings, drone wings, water valves, and engineering cable chains, among others.
