Common faults in Dongguan servo driver repairs include:
Dongguan Servo Drive Repair: Overload faults include inverter overload and motor overload. They may be caused by too short acceleration time, low grid voltage, excessive load, etc. Generally, they can be resolved by extending acceleration time, extending braking time, and checking grid voltage. Excessive load, where the selected motor and inverter cannot handle the load, could also be due to poor mechanical lubrication. If the former is the case, a high-power motor and inverter must be replaced; if the latter, the production machinery should be inspected.
2. Overcurrent Faults: Overcurrent faults can be categorized into acceleration, deceleration, and constant-speed overcurrents. They may be caused by too short acceleration and deceleration times of the variable frequency drive, sudden changes in load, uneven load distribution, output short circuits, and other reasons. In such cases, it is generally possible to resolve the issue by extending acceleration and deceleration times, reducing sudden changes in load, adding energy-consuming braking elements, designing load distribution, and inspecting the circuitry. If the overcurrent fault persists even when the load variable frequency drive is disconnected, it indicates that the inverter circuit of the variable frequency drive has been short-circuited, and the variable frequency drive needs to be replaced.
3. Under-voltage: Indicates an issue with the inverter's power input section; check required before operation.
