Terminal connectors have gradually increased along with the expansion of application industries, becoming an indispensable raw material in professional products such as lighting fixtures, small appliances, and machinery. Compared to traditional welding, terminal connectors offer advantages like high plasticity and low production costs. Most common terminal wires are made with copper wire as the conductor and PVC as the exterior insulation material, produced into wire bundles by machines, which have excellent electrical conductivity. In various application fields, due to the differences in professions, terminal connectors can be further categorized into: PH terminal wire, SM terminal wire, SYP terminal wire, DuPont terminal wire, etc. The diverse uses of terminal connectors also determine their functional versatility.
The PH terminal wire is a common connecting wire in LED lighting, with a spacing of 2.0 between wires. It is suitable for 2 to 15 wires or even more, and can be used not only in LED lights but also in smart fingerprint locks, remote-controlled planes, and other smart toys.
The SM terminal wires have a line count ranging from 2 to 18, commonly used wire gauges include 22, 24, 26, and 28, with an additional voltage of 250V. SM terminal wires are often used in LED lights, differing from the previous PH terminal wires, as they are more commonly used in cylinder lights and larger lighting fixtures. They can also be mixed with EL terminal wires for use in steam room anti-fog mirrors. With special components, the mirrors remain unaffected by the steam room temperature, providing quick and effective fog prevention.
The SYP terminal wire is mainly used for LED lighting fixtures such as ceiling lights and pendant lights. Unlike the other two types of wires, the SYP terminal wire bundle consists of only 2-4 wires. For more than four wires, you will need to use another type of terminal wire.
This is a commonly used terminal connector wire. Over the years, YX Electronics has been dedicated to the production and processing of terminal connector wires, utilizing fully automated production machines and manual production lines to ensure cost savings for you.
