Irregular bending pipes are a type of non-standard bending pipe processing product. Due to their irregular shape, they are more difficult to process, especially in terms of controlling precision. The processing technology for irregular bending pipes can be divided into many types, mainly including drawing, winding, and pushing bending, which can further be categorized into cold bending and hot bending. Different bending pipes require different processing techniques, and their characteristics also vary.

During the process of irregular bending tube fabrication, two earthen stands must be set in front of the bending machine to adjust the position of the straight weld seam before the tube enters the equipment; use a steel tape measure longer than 7-8 meters to mark the centerline of the anti-corrosion tube, allowing for balanced lifting with slings and ensuring a level entry into the bending machine.

Next, the manufacturing process of bending tube processing must be strictly adhered to the requirements. Before processing, the anti-corrosion pipes used for cold bending tube processing should be straightened, and the adjusted curvature must not exceed 1‰ of the pipe length. During the bending tube processing, the core shaft must be placed accurately, with an error not exceeding 5mm to ensure full support. If the bending tube deviates from the preset position, it should be adjusted promptly to maintain the flat bending of the bending tube.

The welding seam on the pipe bending processing should be between 9 AM to 10 AM or 3 PM to 2 AM, and it must be at least 50mm above the mandrel of the bending machine. After completion, the mandrel should be restored to its original position to avoid deformation under stress. The pipe bending processing should be carried out continuously, with a length of 300mm per pass. To ensure uniform curvature of the bent pipe, the pipe, which is under compression or tension at 3, 9, 10, 2, 12 o'clock, and 50mm, should be segmented before bending. The length of the straight section should be ensured during segmentation.

Using inclinometers for angle measurements, the calibrations are conducted at points on the bends, typically set 500mm from the tube ends. Process control of the bending operation is continuously adjusted based on the measurement data. Careful completion of the bending record sheet is essential during the bending and manufacturing of the tube materials.
