1. Temperature and time control during drying. During the drying process, it is crucial to prevent deformation of the foam plastic molds while ensuring adequate drying time for the paint to cure thoroughly. Generally, the softening temperature of EPS molds is around 80 degrees Celsius, which necessitates the use of ambient or low-temperature drying in industrial production to prevent deformation. The temperature is typically controlled between 40-60 degrees Celsius, and the duration is around 2-8 hours.

2. Drying Equipment. In the drying process, to enhance work efficiency, it is required that the drying process be equipped with excellent ventilation and drying equipment, such as drying rooms, drying cabinets, and continuous drying kilns, with heat sources including electricity, heating, and hot air.

3. Post-drying Placement: Due to the presence of moisture in the air, the dried products should be placed in a low-humidity area to prevent moisture absorption and avoid delays in casting production caused by secondary drying.

Before the lost mold pattern is dipped in the coating, it is necessary to stir the paint properly. It is better to keep stirring slowly during the dipping process as well, to prevent air from being entrained in the paint, which could affect the coating's application.

5. Due to the foam plastic model nature of the lost mold, it has lower strength. During the dipping operation, it is crucial to carefully select the direction and location for immersing the lost mold in the coating to prevent deformation that could negatively impact the casting precision.

After dipping and coating, the消失模mold should be handled with care during the process of removal, transportation, and placement from the container to prevent deformation.

After the lost mold pattern is dipped in paint, the coating may not be applied evenly. In this case, it is necessary to shake it promptly to ensure an even coating and remove excess paint. Pay attention to ensure there is no showing of the base material on the coating.

8. Due to the spraying process, controlling the impact force of the paint on foam plastic models can be challenging. Excessive impact force may lead to deformation, damage, or even scrapping of the消失模 patterns.

9. In the process of paint spraying, there are certain hard-to-reach areas that cannot be covered, and it is also prone to damaging the existing paint layer during a second application, which hinders the guarantee of quality.

10. The spray painting method often leads to significant paint waste, causing certain losses for the company. A considerable amount of the mist-like paint ejected from the spray gun does not land on the消失模模样, resulting in both paint waste and potential environmental pollution.

11. The spray method requires stringent technical standards for paints, with the paint concentration needing to be moderate. If the concentration is too high, it often leads to difficulties in喷射 or uneven spraying; too low, and it's prone to run or fail to adhere. Additionally, the presence of large particles or foreign matter in the paint can easily clog the nozzle, delaying production schedules.
