An intelligent double-flange pipeline online density meter is a continuous on-line instrument for measuring liquid density, primarily used in industrial process automation control. It generates a corresponding 4-20mA analog signal based on the density change of the medium, and can also output digital signals for remote calibration and monitoring after conversion. Depending on the different industrial processes, density can be expressed as: Brix, GL, Baume, Plato, and percentage concentration.
The intelligent dual-flange pipeline online density meter can be widely used on field pipelines, open storage tanks, or closed storage vessels, and can continuously and real-time measure the liquid density of pipelines or tanks.
The intelligent double-flange pipeline-style online density meter can perform online density measurements for various liquids or liquid substances.
Widely applicable in the petrochemical industry for oil, refining, blending, and oil-water interface detection; used in the food industry for grape juice, tomato juice, fruit syrup, vegetable oil, and soft drink processing; in the dairy industry; the paper industry; testing of black pulp, green pulp, white pulp, and alkali solutions; alcohol content in winemaking; testing of urea, detergents, ethylene glycol, acids and bases, and polymer density in chemical products. Also applicable in industries such as mining brine, potash alkali, lubricating oil, and more.
