In the expandable assembly, the gears are asymmetrically positioned relative to the supports. When the shaft experiences bending and twisting deformation, the load distribution across the gear width is uneven. Therefore, the shaft should be designed with greater stiffness and the gears should be positioned away from the input or output ends.
2. Features of ZQ reducer's分流 design: The extended shaft position of the分流 design can extend from either side, facilitating overall machine configuration. The gears in the分流 stage are all helical, with one side being right-handed and the other left-handed to counteract axial forces. It is necessary to allow one shaft to have slight axial movement to prevent the gears from jamming.
3. Features of the coaxial ZQ reducer: The radial dimensions are compact, but the axial dimensions are larger. Due to the larger intermediate shaft, the shaft experiences greater deflection under load, leading to a more severe concentration of load along the width of the teeth. Additionally, since the centers of the two gears must align, the load-bearing capacity of the high-speed gears is difficult to fully utilize. Moreover, bearing lubrication in the middle section of the reducer is challenging. Its input and output ends are located at the opposite ends of the same axis, imposing limitations on the overall configuration of the transmission device.
