1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during the normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year (as of the date of delivery), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. All costs associated with any confirmed product quality issues will be borne by us.

Lifetime warranty on maintenance

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year on-site service

For the lifting products you have purchased, any failures that occur during normal use will be eligible for complimentary on-site repair service within one year from the date of delivery. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site services, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please dial the service hotline directly.
