Feed machines, also known as material conveyance equipment, may occasionally encounter minor malfunctions during operation, such as material slipping, which can result in the material not reaching its intended position, inaccurate placement, damaged molds, and substandard shaped parts. These are indeed serious issues. It's actually quite simple to quickly identify the cause and resolve the material slipping problem on feed machines. The following methods can easily tackle this issue.

Firstly, identify the cause by examining the air cylinder management issue of the feeding machine's pneumatic device. If the air pressure is insufficient or the air pipe is too short, resulting in low pressure, relying solely on the pressure spring for material clamping is inadequate. If the material is too thick, it's easy for it to slip when clamped, so it's necessary to connect another air pipe from the solenoid valve to the cylinder. This will provide thrust to the cylinder, allowing the feeding machine's roller to clamp the material more tightly, thus preventing slippage. Additionally, increasing the air intake pressure can also enhance the cylinder pressure.

Check if the feeding leveling roller's power spring is qualified, and whether the resilience can meet the requirements. If not, replace it with a new one. Increase the pressure.

By ensuring the feeding speed of the feeder is met, minimize the distance between the feeder and the leveling machine or material rack as much as possible. This reduces the waiting area, thereby lightening the material weight in the waiting area and alleviating the load on the feeder. It also prevents the servo feeder from slipping due to excessive material weight in the waiting area.
