Then, thread the wire neatly. Use a 22-gauge drill to make a hole at the marked location, ensuring the depth matches the magnet's length. Once the hole is drilled, you can embed the magnet. Do not tap the magnet directly into place; use a wooden block as a cushion. Magnets are fragile and prone to breaking, so be cautious.
4. Push the telescopic gate onto the magnet, connect the wires, and do not secure the tail end yet. Hold the tail with your hand and give it a trial run to see if the gate moves straight. Adjust the position slowly, determining the telescopic gate's limit positions (including both closing and opening positions). Bury the limit magnet.
5. Once adjusted, secure the tail end. Use a 10-bit drill to make pull-out holes at the tail position, secure the tail, and then run the operation a few more times to ensure there are no issues.
