Several Methods of Labor Dispatch

Labor dispatch refers to the practice where a labor dispatching agency enters into a labor contract with the dispatched worker, and the dispatched worker pays for the labor to the dispatched enterprise. There is a labor contract relationship between the labor dispatching agency and the dispatched worker, but the actual labor payment occurs between the dispatched worker and the dispatched enterprise. The specific methods of labor dispatch are as follows:

One: Full Dispatch Services: The dispatching company takes on the entire employee dispatching service, including talent recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, safety and health, etc.


Two, Transfer and Dispatch: Enterprises in need of labor dispatching are responsible for independently recruiting, selecting, and training personnel. The dispatching company then signs the "Labor Contract" with the employees and is in charge of matters such as employee compensation, benefits, performance evaluations, and handling labor disputes.


Three: Staff Dispatching - Staff dispatching refers to the process where a company transfers the employer status of its self-recruited or employed staff to a dispatching company.

Short-Term Dispatch: The employer and the labor dispatching agency agree on a specific time frame for hiring and implementing the dispatched personnel.

Seven: Evening Deployment – Employers utilize specific evening hours to secure urgently needed talent.


Hourly Dispatch: Dispatching specialized personnel on an hourly billing basis.


9. Weekend Dispatch: Personnel dispatch based on the unit of Saturday and Sunday.


Ten: Collective Dispatching: State-owned enterprises and institutions dispatch idle personnel, either partially or entirely, to third parties through labor dispatching.
