Before operating the unloading and loading industrial robots, always ensure that there is no water or oil in the electrical control box. If the electrical components are damp, do not turn on the machine and check if the supply voltage is correct, and whether the safety doors are functioning properly.
Verify the motor's rotation direction is consistent, then turn on the power.
3. Release the air compressor. Loosen the fixing screws of the cylinder fixing plate and move the arm, then shift the buffer seat closer to the arm.
When disassembling industrial robots, turn off the power supply to the injection molding machine; turn off the power supply to the robotic arm; turn off the air supply to the robotic arm.
5. Secure the cylinder retainer plate to immobilize the arm. Lock the rotating safety screw to prevent the robotic arm from rotating, etc.
