Before the experiment, check if the oil tank has reached the required level, then turn on the machine to ensure all components are operating normally, and that the column (frame panel) is lubricated.
2. Pay attention to the heat plate temperature during preheating. If it fails to meet the requirements, it is strictly prohibited to adjust it without guidance from the instructor.
When placing molds in the hot plate area, prevent burns or crushing accidents by not inserting them while the hot plate is rising.
4. After loading the mold, place the flat plate in the center. The operator should stand at the center of the control desk. Once the required pressure is achieved after clamping, shut off the motor. If the required pressure is not reached, please ask the instructor to adjust; do not tamper with it privately.
5. Use an iron hook to remove molds to prevent hand injury. Be cautious when striking the mold opening tool if encountering products stuck to the mold; prevent the mold from falling or injuring your feet.
6. In case of equipment malfunction, power must be immediately shut off and reported to the instructor. Unauthorized disassembly of parts is strictly prohibited. It is also strictly forbidden to handle damaged molds privately.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, clean up, and fill out the usage record after the instructor's inspection.
