The working principle of a large-scale central dust collector equipment for industrial dust: After the dusty gas enters the hopper of an industrial bag dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section, some coarse dust particles settle down under the action of gravity and inertial force. Fine particles with low density enter the filtration space and are settled on the filter surface through a combination of diffusion and screening forces. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.

Baghouse industrial dust collectors experience increased resistance as the thickness of the dust layer on the filter bag surface grows. When the resistance reaches a specified value, cleaning is initiated; at this point, the pulse controller manages the opening and closing of the pulse valve. Upon the valve's activation, compressed air within the gas chamber is喷射 out through the small holes of the nozzle at a high speed and pressure, creating an induced draft airflow that is 1-2 times the volume of the jet airflow. This airflow enters the filter bag along with the jet airflow, causing a momentary positive pressure inside the bag, resulting in swelling and slight movement. The dust settled on the surface of the filter bag is then dislodged and falls into the hopper. The dust in the hopper is discharged through the discharge opening.
