A small woodwork dust collector is a dry dust removal device, designed for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bags are made from woven fabric or non-woven felt, utilizing the filtering action of fibrous materials to purify dusty air. As the dusty air enters the bag dust collector, larger particles and heavier dust settle to the ash hopper due to gravity. The gas containing finer dust is trapped by the filter material as it passes through, thus purifying the gas. Initially, the dust removal efficiency of new filter material is not high. Over time, due to effects like sieve filtration, collision, retention, diffusion, and static electricity, a layer of dust accumulates on the filter bag surface, known as the initial layer. In subsequent operations, this initial layer becomes the main filtering layer of the filter material, enabling higher filtration efficiency even with larger pore sizes.
