Installation and securing of the keel
Level and repair uneven surfaces on the ground, ceiling, and walls where the dragon frame needs to be installed.
(2) As per design, lines are drawn on the ground and ceiling to indicate the location of the top (ground) joists (see Figure 1). At the same time, the positions of doors, windows, sanitary equipment, pipelines, and openings are marked.
(3) Secure the top (floor) joists with nail guns or expansion bolts, ensuring a horizontal fixing spacing of ≤800mm and that the fixing points are 100mm from the wall end (see Figure 2).
(4) Insert the vertical studs into the top (floor) track, securing them with pull-core rivets at 610mm intervals. The vertical studs are typically 5mm shorter than the net height of the partition wall. Pay attention to keeping the opening direction of the vertical studs consistent and do not invert them from top to bottom to ensure that the holes in the vertical studs are on the same horizontal plane.
(5) Use a plumb bob to correct the verticality of the upright joists.
(6) Reinforced steel studs are installed at the free ends of window and door frames, wall junctions, and both sides of larger openings, consisting of a composite of vertical studs and top (floor) studs.
At 2400mm wall height (i.e., where the board level joints are located), install cross-bracing studs.
At the location of the suspended equipment, set up additional support objects for the equipment's fixation.
(9) Install concealed piping and outlets, as well as internal fillings (as per design requirements, such as rock wool). If holes need to be drilled in the vertical studs, the diameter of the holes must not exceed 2/5 of the stud width.
(10) Upon inspection according to relevant construction regulations, the dimensions and verticality of the stud frame, as well as the integrity and stability, must be checked. Only upon passing the inspection can the explosion-proof board installation proceed.
2.Explosion-proof plateInstallation and Mounting
Based on the design drawings and actual construction conditions, the panels are cut and drilled.现场 chamfering is performed as necessary. The two long edges of the explosion-proof panels have been chamfered. However, when the wall height exceeds 2400mm, the short edges of the horizontal joints on the explosion-proof panels must be chamfered on-site to better handle the joints.
(2) Mark the fixed points for self-tapping screws on the explosion-proof panel and pre-drill dimples (diameter 1mm-2mm larger than the self-tapping screw head, depth 1mm-2mm). The self-tapping screws are placed 15mm from the edge of the panel and 50mm from the corner, with a spacing of 200mm to 250mm between screws.
(3) When installing partition panels, it is generally recommended to lay them vertically, with the long edges of the panels secured to the vertical studs. The panels should be naturally butted together during mating, without forcing them into place; the seams on both sides of the wall should be staggered, avoiding alignment over the same stud.
(4) When securing the explosion-proof panel, pre-drill holes in the panel and the frame, with the hole diameter being 1mm smaller than the diameter of the self-tapping screws. The explosion-proof panel should be fastened with self-tapping screws, and the fixation should start from the center of the panel and extend towards the edges. All screw heads should be countersunk 1mm into the panel surface.
(5) When installing panels around doors and windows, the gaps between the panels must not align with the horizontal and vertical frame joists to prevent cracking due to vibration caused by frequent opening and closing of the doors and windows.No Chinese content provided.Some application knowledge
