Scope of Application
Post-curing repairs for honeycomb in concrete, repairs for concrete surface defects, reinforcement of concrete structures, filling of structural holes, and waterproof filling around window frames.

Surface Preparation
■ The base material must be sturdy, and the float must be removed.
The surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust, grease, loose particles, release agents, and any other substances that hinder adhesion.
Rinse the construction surface with clean water until the base is free of standing water before proceeding with the work.
Construction Techniques
■ Mix powder with water in appropriate ratio, continuously stir with machinery for about 3 minutes until a uniform paste-like substance is achieved. If the paste stands still...
Let it sit for a few minutes and then gently stir for better results.
Apply the slurry to the construction surface, with a thickness not exceeding 30mm; for layers thicker than 30mm, a multi-layer application is required. The second layer should only be applied after the first layer has hardened to the touch.
If the diameter of the hole to be filled exceeds 100mm or the repair thickness exceeds 50mm, a suitable amount of fine gravel can be mixed in. The diameter of the fine gravel should be less than 10mm, and the mixing amount should not exceed 40%.
After the mortar begins to set, use a trowel to rub it smooth to achieve a flat surface.
