[Method 1] Commonly Used Detergent Solvent: Butanone.
[Method 2] After sandblasting or sandpaper polishing, degrease.
[Method 3] Soak in a solution of 70-85°C for 10 minutes: Sodium silicate 6.4, sodium pyrophosphate 3.2, rust remover 3.2, water 32, rinse with cold water, and dry at 93°C.
[Method 4] After defatting, soak in the following solution for 10 minutes at 80°C, pH 12.65: Sodium phosphate 8.5, sodium pyrophosphate 4.2, surfactant 1.4, water 380. Remove and wash, then soak in the following solution at 65°C for 3 minutes: Chromium oxide 20, water 380. Wash and dry.
[Method 5] Soak the following solution in 65-70°C for 5-10 minutes: (37%) 2-hexamethylene tetramine 5-water 20, then add 30%, remove, and rinse with water, followed by drying at 93°C.
[Method 6] Soak the following solution in 50°C water for 10 minutes: 0.35N sulfuric acid (d=1.84) solution. Then brush off the residual carbon, rinse with distilled water, and dry at 70°C. This method is suitable for situations requiring high stripping strength.
[Method 7] In the lead-lined trough, the sulfuric acid concentration is 500g/L, anodizing for 90 seconds at 6V, rinsed with water, then with distilled water, dried at 70°C, and the bonding site is anodized. After treatment, it is passivated in a 5-10% chromium oxide solution for 20 minutes.
[Method 8] Immerse oxalic acid 37-sulfuric acid (d=1.84) 36-water in the following solution at 85-90°C for 10 minutes, rinse with distilled water, and dry with warm air.
[Method 9] After defatting, soak in a solution below 65°C for 10 minutes: (d=1.19) 52 (30%) formaldehyde (38%) 10 water 45. After washing, soak in the following solution at 65°C for 10 minutes: sulfuric acid (d=1.84) 100 10 water 30. Wash with distilled water, then alkali wash with water-soluble industrial soap, and dry at 70°C.
[Method 10]: Wash with hot water at 40°C for 5 minutes, dry at 120°C, soak in the following solution at 100°C for 2 minutes: 200 Phosphoric Acid 3010, then wash with hot water at 40°C for 5 minutes, and dry at 40°C for 30 minutes.
