LED screens are commonly used as carriers for outdoor advertising, and their protective requirements are far greater than those of standard screens. Throughout their use, they must withstand various environmental conditions, including high temperatures, typhoons, heavy rain, thunderstorms, and other adverse weather. To ensure the normal operation of the screens, it is crucial to implement appropriate protective measures during installation and operation.
Under high-temperature conditions, LED display screens typically have a larger surface area, consume more electricity during use, and consequently require greater heat dissipation. Failure to address heat dissipation promptly in high-temperature environments may lead to issues such as circuit board shorts or burns. To avoid this,镂空 designs are preferred in the screen housing to enhance heat dissipation. During installation, ensure good ventilation is maintained; if necessary, additional heat dissipation equipment such as air conditioners or fans can be installed internally to quickly dissipate excess heat from the screen.
In coastal areas where strong winds and typhoons are common, we design the load-bearing steel structure of outdoor LED displays to prevent detachment. We adhere to typhoon resistance standards for design and installation, while also ensuring the displays have seismic resistance to prevent accidents such as detachment, which could lead to dangerous losses or even injuries. In the rainy south, due to high rainfall and humid climate, LED displays require appropriate protection to prevent corrosion from rain. Outdoor LED displays should meet the IP65 protection level, with modules sealed and encased to ensure that rain cannot damage the displays!

During Dore's summer and autumn seasons, adequate lightning protection measures must be taken. If there are no high-rise buildings or lightning protection facilities within the protective range of the LED large screen, lightning rods should be installed on or near the display screen; the power supply system of the display screen uses 1-2 level lightning protection, signal lines use signal lightning protection devices, and the power supply system of the machine room uses three-level lightning protection; all conductive structures of the LED display screens must be grounded; outdoor LED display screens and machine room grounding systems should meet system requirements. Install and arrange strictly in accordance with relevant lightning protection standards to ensure that lightning does not cause irreversible damage to display equipment!
